The reservation of the Upgrade section must be requested in advance by telephone through the Call Center (0810 222 86527) or in person at a Sales office:

An Aerolineas Plus member or one of the member’s assigned beneficiaries can use miles to update their reservation.
It is essential that a passenger has an economy class ticket with a fare flexible.
